JP│KOM developed the prototype version of its issue management tool on behalf of the communications department at Cognis, a global specialty chemicals supplier.

• At the end of April 2005, the issue management tool won the “Innovative PR tool” award at the PR Report Awards.
• The tool has been available to other agencies and companies since August 2005.
